Compact tabletop formats, roughly A3 size, are also available for reception desks and smaller counter displays.

Getting the file right the first time is the quickest way to hit a same-day slot. If your file does not match these points, send it anyway and we will fix it or tell you exactly what to change.
PDF, AI, or EPS are best. High-quality JPG or PNG also works for photo-led designs.
Design at the full banner size, for example 85cm by 200cm, or at an exact 1:10 scale.
150 dpi at full size is ideal, and 100 dpi is the minimum. Photos taken from websites usually print blurred.
CMYK colour mode. Share brand Pantone codes if your logo colours need to match exactly.
Keep text and logos at least 5cm from the sides and top, and nothing important in the bottom 20cm.

The Design Mistake Almost Every First-Time Roll-Up Order Makes
The bottom 15 to 20cm of a roll-up banner sits at ankle height, and the aluminium cassette base covers the very bottom edge of the print. Nobody standing at a booth reads that far down, yet a surprising number of first-time designs put a logo, a QR code, or contact details right there, effectively hiding them behind the base or below eye line. The content that actually gets read sits in the top two-thirds, and text set for a 5-metre reading distance needs to run at 60pt or larger to hold up, smaller lettering simply disappears once someone is standing the normal distance back from a booth. We flag this on every design proof before it goes to print, not after a client sees the finished banner at an event and wonders why nobody noticed their phone number.

When a roll-up banner is not the right choice
We would rather point you to the right product than sell you the wrong one. A roll-up banner is built for indoor use and for events that last a few days, so we usually suggest something else in these cases:
- Outdoor use. Even a light breeze can tip a roll-up over, and months of direct Dubai sun fade the print. For outdoor promotion, اللافتات الخارجية or hoarding graphics hold up far better.
- Permanent displays. If the message will stay in the same spot for a year or more, اللافتات الداخلية or a wall graphic usually looks more finished and costs less over time.

If you do not have a print-ready file, we lay out a clean design from your logo and content, checking text sizing against realistic viewing distance rather than how it looks zoomed in on a screen. For a recurring event schedule, we keep the previous design and stand specification on file so a fresh print for the same stand is a straightforward reprint rather than a new job.
Setting up and caring for your roll-up banner
- Place the base on a flat floor and turn the feet out before lifting the graphic.
- Connect the pole sections, then pull the graphic up slowly by the top rail and hook it onto the pole.
- When packing up, hold the top rail and guide the graphic down. Letting it snap back can scratch or crease the print.
- Wipe the print with a soft, dry cloth only.
- Store it in the carry bag lying flat, and do not leave it in a parked car. Dubai summer heat can warp PVC prints.
