Fencing sheets, also called fence sheets, fence panels, cladding sheets, hoarding sheets, or hoarding panels, are the sheets that close off a construction site behind a solid wall. They are fixed to a frame of posts and rails, usually galvanized C-channel rails and GI pipe posts, held up by concrete blocks or footings. Together, the sheets and frame make sheet fencing: a solid perimeter that blocks the view into the site, cuts dust, and gives a large surface for branding.
Many fencing sheets are corrugated or profile sheets, similar in shape to roofing sheets, because the ribs make a thin sheet much stiffer. Flat sheets such as PVC panels and ACP give a smoother face where appearance matters more.

Colour-coated PPGI sheets
PPGI sheets are galvanized steel sheets with a factory-applied paint coating, supplied in RAL colours. The coating is applied to the coil before the sheet is formed, which is different from powder-coated steel that is painted after fabrication. On Dubai sites you often see off-white (RAL 9002) and blue hoardings. PPGI gives a clean, uniform frontage, and the coated surface is a better base for printed vinyl than bare galvanized steel. A thin sheet on a busy frontage picks up dents from vehicles, trolleys, and passing equipment, and a dented hoarding makes the whole project look untidy. On long projects and exposed sites, it is usually worth moving up in thickness.

The Dubai Development Authority advertising permit page lists "Construction Fence" as an advertising type for DDA free zone areas, at AED 5,000 per year with an estimated processing time of 4 working days. According to the UAE Government portal, “local municipalities in the UAE are the entities authorised for overseeing building and construction safety in the country” (u.ae, Buildings' Safety).
