Where People Actually Look at a Promotion Counter
Once a promoter is standing behind the counter and a few shoppers are standing in front of it, the lower half of the front panel is mostly hidden by legs and shopping trolleys. The parts people actually see from a distance are the top board and the top third of the front panel. Yet many first designs put the offer or website address right at the bottom of the front panel.
We lay out every counter so the logo sits on the top board, the offer or product name sits in the top third of the front, and the lower panel carries colour and imagery only. On curved counters we also keep text away from the side edges, where it bends out of view. These checks happen on the proof, before anything is printed.

Looking after your promotion counter
