Exhibition Stand Graphics in Dubai for Shell Scheme Booths, Counters and Show Branding
You have booked a 3x3 metre shell scheme at the next big show, and the organiser has handed you a white box: three walls, a carpet, two spotlights and a name board with your company typed on it. The build-up date is fixed, the exhibitor manual runs to forty pages, and nobody has told you what size the wall panels actually are. That is the moment most exhibitors call us.
Overview
Exhibition Stand Graphics in Dubai
Marhaba Advertising is a Dubai sign shop and printing company in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4 that prints and fits exhibition stand graphics: shell scheme panel graphics on foam board or forex, tension fabric walls, counter wraps, hanging banners, floor graphics and the portable displays that go inside a booth. We do not build structural stands. Published Dubai prices in 2026 run roughly AED 650 to AED 1,100 for a 3 by 2.5 metre tension fabric wall, AED 2,200 to AED 3,800 for a pop-up graphics package sized for a 3 metre shell scheme, AED 180 to AED 320 for a standard counter wrap, and AED 55 to AED 95 per square metre for anti-slip floor vinyl. At Dubai World Trade Centre, display fabrics must be flame retardant to NFPA 701, and DWTC premium shell scheme rules at major shows have barred pasting graphics directly onto the panels. Most booth graphics packages are produced in 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. Call +971 56 372 1614 or email info@marhabaadv.com.
Exhibition stand graphics in Dubai are judged in about three seconds, by someone walking past at aisle speed with a lanyard and a coffee. Marhaba Advertising prints the branding that turns a bare shell scheme or a contractor-built space-only booth into something a visitor recognises from the aisle: printed shell scheme panels sized to the show's own spec sheet, tension fabric graphics, counter wraps, hanging banners, anti-slip floor vinyl, and illuminated logos. Everything is printed, cut and checked at our Al Quoz workshop, and we fit it inside your booth during build-up. As a signage company in Dubai that also runs a full graphics printing operation, we work to the same exhibitor manual your organiser issued, whether the show is at Dubai World Trade Centre or Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai. For the portable kit that travels between events, see our display stand Dubai range, which this page connects to throughout.

Start Here: Which Kind of Dubai Exhibitor Are You?
Most people land on this page in one of three situations. Find yours, and skip to the part that matters.
First Time With a Bare Shell Scheme
You have a booth number, a white box and a deadline. Read the 27 millimetre section below before anyone designs anything, then use the three budget examples to decide how much of the booth to dress. You do not need a stand contractor. Everything a shell scheme takes is printed graphics, and we can fit it for you.
Repeat Exhibitor Reusing Last Year's Kit
Your roll-ups and fabric wall may still be good, but the panel width or the venue may have changed, especially if you exhibit at GITEX, which moves its main floor to Expo City Dubai in December 2026. Send us last year's sizes and this year's spec sheet. We will tell you which pieces still fit, which need a reprint, and what can be refreshed with a new print on the old hardware.
Space-Only Booth With Your Own Builder
Your contractor owns the structure and the venue submission. We need their wall drawings with finished sizes, the material each surface takes (fabric, board or vinyl on timber), and the date they want graphics on site. Introduce us early and the print arrives sized to the build, rather than trimmed on the floor.
Scope
What We Provide for Exhibition Stands in Dubai, and What We Do Not
Graphics and Branding We Print and Fit
Printed panels for shell scheme walls, mounted on lightweight foam board or forex so they can be fixed without damaging the organiser's panels. Tension fabric graphics, dye-sublimated on polyester, for back walls and freestanding frames. Counter wraps in self-adhesive printed vinyl for hire counters and reception desks. Double-sided hanging banners for space-only booths where the organiser allows rigging. Anti-slip floor graphics. Portable kit such as roll-up banners, pop-up display stands, brochure stands and branded promotion counters. Logo pieces for the back wall, including acrylic signage, lit LED signage and neon light signage, all produced alongside the rest of the order.
Structural Stand Building We Leave to Accredited Contractors
We are not a stand contractor. Custom timber or modular builds, double-decker stands, structural drawings, rigging calculations and venue submissions for space-only plots belong to contractors approved by the venue. What we do is work with that contractor, or directly with you if you have a shell scheme, to supply print that fits their walls exactly. If you have a space-only plot and no builder yet, tell us early and we will explain what the builder needs from the graphics side so the two packages line up.
Pricing
Exhibition Stand Graphics Prices in Dubai for 2026
Prices below are published Dubai market ranges from a UAE exhibition print supplier, checked in 2026. They are a guide to the market, not our quote.
| Item | Published Dubai range |
|---|---|
| Tension fabric wall, 3 m x 2.5 m, SEG silicone edge fabric | AED 650 to AED 1,100 |
| Pop-up booth package for a 3 m shell scheme, fabric graphics and hardware | AED 2,200 to AED 3,800 |
| Island booth graphics package, 6 m x 6 m, fabric, floor and counter | AED 12,000 to AED 22,000 |
| Counter wrap, standard 1 m x 0.5 m, printed self-adhesive vinyl | AED 180 to AED 320 |
| Hanging banner, double-sided, 1 m x 2 m, dye-sub polyester | AED 420 to AED 680 |
| Floor graphic, anti-slip floor vinyl | AED 55 to AED 95 per square metre |
Our own quote depends on how many panels your booth actually has, whether the walls take board or fabric, how many logo pieces go on the back wall, and whether we deliver and fit at the venue or you collect from Al Quoz. A corner booth has fewer wall panels than an inline booth of the same area, so it is often cheaper to dress than people expect.
Budgets
What a 3x3 Booth Can Look Like at Three Budgets in Dubai
Exhibitors often ask what "dressing the booth" actually involves. Here are three typical levels for a standard 3x3 shell scheme, with published Dubai market prices for the parts that have them. Mounted panel prices depend on how many panels you have, so we quote those per booth.
Lean: Branded Panels and a Counter Wrap
Printed panels on the back wall only, a counter wrap at AED 180 to AED 320, and one or two roll-up banners at the open edge, published at AED 95 to AED 180 each for an 85 cm to 100 cm stand. Right for a first show or a budget where most of the money went on the booth itself. The side walls stay white, so keep the back wall message short and bold.
Mid: Fabric Back Wall and Freestanding Kit
One 3 by 2.5 metre tension fabric wall at AED 650 to AED 1,100 covering the back, a counter wrap, a brochure stand and a roll-up. Fabric hides panel joins completely, which sidesteps the panel width problem, and it folds into a bag for the next show. This is the level most repeat exhibitors settle on.
Full: Every Surface Branded
A pop-up graphics package sized for a 3 metre shell scheme at AED 2,200 to AED 3,800, side wall panels, a branded promotion counter, and anti-slip floor vinyl across the 9 square metre floor at AED 55 to AED 95 per square metre, which works out to roughly AED 495 to AED 855. Add an illuminated logo on the back wall if the booth has power. Right for a product launch or a show where you need to be seen from two aisles away.
Send us your exhibitor manual and booth number, and we will tell you exactly what your booth needs.
Panel Sizes
The 27 Millimetre Problem on Dubai Shell Scheme Panels
This is the mistake we see most often, and it is invisible until build-up morning.
Three 950 mm panels against three 923 mm panels: 27 mm per panel, 81 mm across a three-panel back wall.
Three Spec Sheets, Three Panel Widths
Exhibitors assume a shell scheme panel is "about a metre wide" and design one long artwork across the back wall. It is not a metre, and it is not the same at every show. Published specification sheets give a visible panel area of 950 mm wide on one common Octanorm system, 946 mm on a GES system, and 923 mm on another organiser's shell, all at 2,340 mm high, with uprights 40 mm or more thick between them. The difference between 950 mm and 923 mm is 27 millimetres per panel. Across a three-panel back wall, that is 81 millimetres of artwork landing behind aluminium poles or hanging off the edge. A headline split across a pole loses a letter. A face split across a pole looks wrong in a way visitors notice even if they cannot say why.
How We Lay Out Artwork So Nothing Lands on a Pole
We ask for the shell scheme specification sheet from your exhibitor manual before artwork starts, because Dubai shows use the organiser's own shell supplier and the visible size is in that document, not on a generic template. Then we build the artwork as separate panels rather than one long image, keep every letter and every face inside a single panel, and treat the pole positions as gutters the design is allowed to cross only with background colour. If your manual does not list a visible size, we measure an equivalent system at a previous show or ask the organiser's shell contractor directly before printing.
Venue Rules
Venue Rules That Shape Booth Graphics in Dubai
Shell Scheme Height and the Fascia Name Board
DWTC's venue health and safety rules cap shell scheme height at 2.5 metres. One DWTC show technical manual specifies the name board as 300 mm deep, set at 2.2 metres to its underside, with all stand fitting and display kept inside the shell and no extra display material fitted to the fascia. In practice, your tallest graphic stops below the beam, and the name board carries only the lettering you submitted on the organiser's form.
Fire-Retardant Fabric and Board at DWTC
DWTC requires drapes and display fabrics to be treated as fire retardant in line with NFPA 701, and its rules call for stand materials that meet international fire standards. For fabric we specify fire-retardant polyester and request the material certificate from the fabric supplier with every order. For rigid panels we use foam board or forex. Organisers can ask for certificates at build-up, so we send them with the order rather than hunting for them on the day.
No Direct Pasting on Premium Shell Panels
On premium shell schemes supplied by DWTC for one major travel show, the official contractor's manual barred exhibitors from pasting graphics directly onto the panels, allowed lightweight posters and prints mounted on forex or foam board, and listed an AED 100 per panel charge-back to exhibitors. Rules vary by show, so we read your specific manual, but mounted board fixed with removable pads is the safe default.
Expo City Dubai and the GITEX 2026 Move
GITEX GLOBAL 2026 moves its main exhibition to Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai, running 8 to 11 December 2026, with the opening summit on 7 December at Dubai World Trade Centre. Exhibitors who have dressed a GITEX booth at DWTC for years should not assume the same panel system, build-up hours or delivery route apply. Gulfood 2027 runs 15 to 19 March 2027. Both are large enough that print slots fill weeks ahead.
Common Mistakes
Booth Graphics Myths We Correct Every Show Season in Dubai
Myth: The Logo From Our Website Will Print Fine
A web logo is usually a small raster file built for a screen. Stretched across a 2,340 mm panel, it turns soft and blocky. Exhibition graphics viewed from across an aisle print well at 100 to 150 dpi at full size, which sounds low until you calculate that a full-height panel still needs a file several thousand pixels tall. Send vector logos (AI, EPS or PDF) and we will flag any photo that will not hold up before it reaches the printer. Colours also print darker in CMYK than they look on a bright laptop screen, so we proof brand colours on the actual material.
Myth: The Counter Front Is Prime Space
The counter wrap is the panel most exhibitors overload with text, and it is the panel most often blocked. Once two visitors lean on the counter, anything below their waist disappears. Put the brand name and one line on the counter front, and move product detail up to eye level or onto a tablet.
Myth: Vinyl Comes Off the Panels Cleanly, So It Is Allowed
Some vinyls do peel off cleanly. Whether you are allowed to stick them on is a separate question answered by the exhibitor manual, and several Dubai shell scheme rules say no. Mounted board is quicker to fit anyway, and it can be packed and reused.
Design Tip
Sizing Booth Text for a Dubai Exhibition Aisle
A common planning rule in exhibition design is about one inch of letter height for every ten feet of viewing distance, which works out to roughly 25 mm for every 3 metres. A visitor reading your back wall from the far side of a 3 metre aisle and a 3 metre booth is about 6 metres away, so your headline needs letters of at least 50 mm, and in practice much more to compete with the booth next door. We usually set the company name above 1.6 metres on the panel, keep the main message to one line, and leave product detail for the brochure. Inside the booth, a brochure stand carries detail better than any wall.
Proof Check
Before You Approve Your Proof: A Five-Minute Check for Dubai Exhibitors
Our team checks every file, but you know your business better than we do. Before you sign off, look at the proof for these five things.
Contact Details That Actually Work
Phone number, website and email spelled correctly, with the UAE country code if international buyers will read it. If there is a QR code, scan it from the screen with your own phone. A QR code that opens an old landing page is a common and expensive miss.
Nothing Important Below Waist Height
Anything below the counter line will be hidden by visitors and staff. Check that the brand name and main message sit high on the panel.
Arabic Text Checked by a Native Reader
If the booth carries Arabic, have someone who reads it fluently check the proof. Arabic letters join differently depending on position in the word, and a file that was typed or converted in the wrong software can break those joins. It looks fine to a non-reader and wrong to every Arabic-speaking visitor.
Panel Breaks Match Your Booth
Count the panels on the proof against the number on your spec sheet, and check that no word or face crosses a pole line.
Name Board Matches Your Branding
Your fascia lettering comes from the organiser's form, not from us. Make sure the company name you submitted there matches the name on your graphics, so visitors see one brand, not two spellings.
Timeline
Working Back From Show Day: A Dubai Exhibitor Print Countdown
Four Weeks Out
Send us the exhibitor manual, the shell scheme spec sheet, your booth number and floor plan, and your brand files. We confirm panel count and visible sizes, and flag anything the manual restricts.
Two Weeks Out
Artwork approved and proofed. Production starts at our Al Quoz workshop. Fabric is printed, board is mounted and cut, counter wraps are prepared, and fire certificates are collected.
Build-Up Day
We deliver from Al Quoz, which sits between Dubai World Trade Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road and Expo City Dubai further south, and fit graphics inside your booth during the organiser's build-up window. Access is controlled by the organiser, so we work through your booth registration and any badge process the show sets.
After the Show Closes
Board panels come off with their pads and pack flat. Fabric folds into its bag. Tell us the dates of your next show and we will check whether the same panels fit its shell system before you pay to reprint.
Rush Orders
When Your Dubai Show Is Next Week: Honest Rush Options
It happens: a late booking, a colleague who forgot, a spec sheet that arrived on Thursday. Here is what is realistic.
Simple single-material items move fastest: roll-up banners, counter wraps, and printed panels on board. Express production is available for these, quoted case by case depending on what else is on the press. What slows a rush job down is rarely the printing itself. It is waiting for the panel size, waiting for logo files, or waiting for someone to approve the proof. If the show is days away, send the spec sheet and vector logos in your first message, keep the design simple, and name one person who can approve on the same day. Large fabric skins for space-only builds and illuminated logo pieces need more time, so if those are essential, tell us the show date before anything else.
Show date close? Send the spec sheet and vector logos in your first message.
Booth Formats
Booth Formats We Dress Across Dubai Exhibition Halls
Inline 3x3 Shell Scheme
Three walls, which on a standard 1 metre shell module means nine wall panels: three across the back and three down each side. The most common Dubai booth, and the one where the 27 millimetre problem bites hardest.
Corner and Peninsula Booths
Open on two or three sides, so fewer panels to dress but more weight on freestanding pieces such as pop-up display stands, roll-up banners and branded counters that read from the aisle.
Space-Only Booths Built by Your Contractor
Your contractor builds the walls. We print to their drawings: large fabric skins, wall graphics, counter wraps and floor vinyl. For stage and media walls at the same event, our backdrop stand page covers step and repeat design in detail, and our large format printing and large format banner printing pages cover the bigger prints. If the stand moves into a permanent showroom after the show, the same artwork can go onto wall graphics or into indoor signage, with 3D signage or channelume letters for the logo.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions: Exhibition Stand Graphics in Dubai
No. Marhaba Advertising prints and fits exhibition stand graphics and branding: shell scheme panels, fabric walls, counter wraps, hanging banners, floor graphics and logo signs. Structural builds, including custom space-only stands, are handled by venue-approved stand contractors. We work alongside your contractor so the print fits their walls.
Use the visible panel size in your show's own shell scheme specification sheet. Published sheets show widths of 950 mm, 946 mm and 923 mm at 2,340 mm high depending on the system, so a generic template can push artwork behind the poles. We confirm the size from your exhibitor manual before design starts.
Often not. One DWTC premium shell scheme manual barred pasting graphics directly onto panels and allowed only lightweight prints mounted on forex or foam board. We read your specific manual and default to mounted board fixed with removable pads.
DWTC requires display fabrics and drapes to be fire retardant in line with NFPA 701. We print fabric graphics on fire-retardant polyester and supply the certificate, and use foam board or forex for rigid panels. The organiser or venue makes the final call at build-up.
Published Dubai market prices in 2026 put a pop-up graphics package for a 3 metre shell scheme at roughly AED 2,200 to AED 3,800, and a single 3 by 2.5 metre tension fabric wall at AED 650 to AED 1,100. Our quote depends on panel count, material, logo pieces and fitting.
Start four weeks before build-up. That leaves time to confirm panel sizes, approve proofs and produce in 3 to 5 business days without paying for a rush. GITEX GLOBAL 2026 opens its main exhibition at Expo City Dubai on 8 December 2026, and Gulfood 2027 runs 15 to 19 March 2027.
Yes. We deliver from our Al Quoz workshop and fit graphics inside your booth at both venues during the organiser's build-up window, working through your booth registration and the show's access process.
Fabric graphics fold, wash and reuse well. Board panels can be reused if the next show uses the same shell system and panel width. Send us both spec sheets and we will tell you which pieces fit before you reprint.
Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) for logos and text, and images at 100 to 150 dpi at full printed size. We check every file before production and proof brand colours on the actual material.
The fascia name board is supplied by the organiser, with lettering you submit on their form, and DWTC show manuals restrict extra display on the fascia. We design the branding inside the booth so it works with the name board above it.
